User says: I did a lot of research before buying a Car Seat. My baby is 4 months old but already 26 inches and getting overly small for her babe carseat (which she detested). We have gone out 4 times using this carseat and she has not wept withal. It has velcro on the sides so when you take the baby out of the carseat you can force the straps to the side. It too has padding at the side that folds up in to snug a slimmer baby.
